I had help with warding off virus and infections from others

By LaRene | April 27, 2009

I went through the winter with taxotere and it was quite a season for the flu. I stayed well by being very careful and always washing me hand and not hugging. I also took internally some oils:

Dill – helps with digestion. It calms the nerve system. It inhibits the growth of several bacteria that attack the intestinal track. Prevents infections, diarrhea.

Tea Tree – reduces the proliferation of viruses and bacteria. Stops infection like colds and flu.

You can order what I used here for your connivence.

LaRene, Here is my favorite immune system, protecting protocol. I like it because all of the supplements can be easily bought, and it good for kids too.

    1. Probiotic Powder (kids) or Enteric Coated Capsule for adults. A multi strain works the best.
    2. Vitamin D (I like Liquid Vitamin D Forte – Biotics Research because it’s 2000IU’s per drop). 6,000IU’s adults and 2000IU’s kids over the age of 5.
    3. Vitamin C as mineral ascorbate. 1000mg’s per day in divided doses. Get a chewable version for the kids and put a drop of the D on it. My 5 year old daughter likes it that way.
