Lemons help decongestant a toxic liver. At the same time, it alleviates conditions that are often associated with an overworked liver, such as nausea, headaches, irritability and insomnia.
This is what I used:
I would use the lemon and peppermint oil in a sits bath with epson salts. It seemed to help to do with every other month. You can order the oil here.

LaRene, Good suggestion for the liver cleanse. It’s easy and the ingredients are also easy to find. By adding just a couple of supplements, I feel you can really help reduce the burden on the body from chemo and give the liver what it needs to detox. I like Beta TCP™ (from Biotics Research). It helps to thin bile and aid liver detoxification. I also use NAC w/molybdenum and selenium (NOW FOODS brand). Other supplements I use with clients to reduce the side-effects of chemo are: Probiotic – 2-8 Billion Count, Coenzyme Q10 – 100-150mg, Proteolytic enzymes – Bromelain & Papain,Vitamin C plus Bioflavonoids – 3000 mg daily divided doses,Vitamin E – 800 IU daily divided doses, Zinc chelate 50-80 mg (Do not take zinc in amounts over 100 mg daily as it can impair the immune response.)
