Welcome to the site!

Like the picture to the left, our lives are like waterfalls. We are always moving and changing. Each day, we can encounter something that we hadn’t planned on. With our lives always in motion, do you find yourself afraid of the unknown? Are our lives taking us where we want? Sometime, we find our lives taking a turn that we are not pleased with. How do we handle it? How do we handle our disappointments from the past? Can we find peace in a world where we seem to have little control? How do we handle those unexpected curves that life can give us?
On November 6, 2008, I was diagnosed with a dangerous stage four breast cancer. It was in my lymph nodes, liver and bones. A huge vein was feeding the tumor causing it to grow at a rapid rate while it carried the cancer throughout my body.
When they told me, I was alone. I immediately left for the elevator. On my way, my knees felt like they were going to buckle. By the time, I reached the main floor. I found peace with the news. I walked to my car with a smile in my heart. So what happened?
Was it an accident that I was able to do this? No it was not. Everything I learned about rebuilding your life after a tragedy came into play. I used the principles that I had written in a book and they worked beautifully.
I’ve read over 200 books on positive living, listened to numerous tapes, and attend courses, putting together the pieces on how the mind, body, and spirit works together. More important, I have learned how we program our mind to bring to us what we want? Did I do that with cancer? The answer is in articles that I have written or will write.
I’ve created this website to share with you what I’ve learned so you can accomplish anything you desire. Sign up for a free newsletter to receive notification of the next new article.
