money-coinsWith me having chemo, I’ve had sometime to think. Thinking can be dangerous to your health! At least, I’ve heard that phrase somewhere. Since, I feel like I’ve been out of the loop of what is going on. I’m not talking about the news. I’m talking about the things that are important to you. What is the consensus of people today? I’ve put together a short survey. Do you dare take it? Will it put you over your stress level?

I titled this blog: How Important is your money because we seem to find it very important. But what about other areas of our lives. Are hobbies important? I think they make life worth living at times. Other time, they are be heavy and almost a burden. How do you feel?

What about cooking? Are we really that interested in foods? Or are you interested becasue we can’t  live without it. I would really like to know what ticks on the inside of you. So I have a challenge for you. Let’s see what interests you and see if you are in the majority or minority. Click here to take this survey.

Money! Are you in control of it or is it in control of you?

In the past, money was in control of me. The first three words in the first sentence are important. You can change anything about yourself in a few minutes, if you know how to do it. In the past, cash seemed to burn a hold in my pocket. The feelings would haunt me until I spent it. Every time I promised myself to save money, the need to spend it only heightened.

With age, my desires were to be wise and save. Every time I tried to implement it into my life, I was met with a stronger desire to missus its true possibilities. I wanted money to bring security and peace into my life. Instead, I never could bring myself to save it. I felt like a failure because I couldn’t do what I knew would bring me security and peace.

How did I change It? After I learned how to change past thoughts, I changed the decisions regarding money. I found I had made those decisions when in diapers. Afterward, I went from scarity to abundance. It felt great to look at something and know I could buy it, but refusing to. Every time I do this, I feel my personal power increase.

In the process of changing my attitudes on money, I found other aspects of it that I never appreciated before. I realized money had values and I should treat it with respect. You are probably wondering what I mean by this statement of value. Some of us make the mistake of allowing money to be the measuring stick of what we are. We judge ourselves of being worthy by the things that we own.

Changing your attitudes in a couple of different areas can rectify this mistake and I’m not going to do it here. It is a part of my seminars, since I talk about the possibilities of reprogramming your mind. I had someone come to me with a challenge.

He had some major problems with money and he was seeking help. This person had the capabilities to go through college and get by with little studying to achieve straight A’s. Expect he flunked in two areas: economics and some math courses.

We found when he was in diapers he made the decision to not understand money or numbers. As an adult, the decision created a ceiling of achievement for him. He could never make enough money to get past a certain number. If he came close to it, then he would sabotage himself. Also with all this heart, he would try to understand the number and basic economics. Every time someone wold begin to explain it to him.

I coached him through the process of removing the blocks and reprogramming his mind for success. Within an hour, he was free to take in the knowledge and understand. It will be interesting to watch and see how his life changes.

Before we changed his thoughts, he was a slave to money. With him not understanding how money worked, he would be working for it until the day he dies and always be in debt. Saving money was impossible just like it was for me. Now, he has the freedom to make wise decision instead of following his past choices, he made in diapers.

What challenge do you have? Let me know adn we will talk about it. I would like to hear from you.
